About The Position

Responsibilities

Meet with mortgage applicants to understand their financial needs and review initial loan requests.
Evaluate borrower information and recommend appropriate loan products that best meet their goals.
Submit fully completed loan applications and documentation for processing.
Monitor progress and keep clients informed from application through post closing.
Partner with the loan team to ensure all files are complete, accurate, and properly secured.
Negotiate loan terms and structure financing packages based on risk and credit considerations.
Present loan recommendations for approval in alignment with bank policies.
Maintain accurate financial and credit tracking records.
Perform credit investigations as needed and keep credit files current throughout the life of the loan.
Support the bank’s relationship focused culture with strong product knowledge and proactive communication.
Build positive relationships with customers, prospective clients, and team members.
Help coordinate workflow and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Champion department and company goals with a collaborative mindset.
Follow all company policies, procedures, lending regulations, and industry standards.
