Requirements

Experience with application origination of mortgage, home equity, or consumer loans.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong sales skills.
Strong relationship building skills.
Well-developed communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of conventional secondary market guidelines.
Established referral network.
Knowledge and understanding of TRID.
Working experience with the integrated Loan Estimate Disclosure (LE).
Experience with Encompass LOS.
Some college.

Responsibilities

Work closely with referral network including realtors, builders, and BSNB colleagues to follow-up on customer referrals for the purchase of a home or home equity loan.
Work with new and existing customers regarding their loan applications.
Take loan applications.
Recommend the appropriate lending products.
Enhance the customer experience and maximize the customer relationship through attention to detail and follow-through.
