About The Position

RMC Home Mortgage is hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) for a purchase-focused role. This position offers built-in opportunities through relationships with Realtors connected to RMC transactions, while also allowing for the continued growth of a self-sourced pipeline. The role is ideal for an MLO currently producing approximately $10M annually who is looking to scale their production with strong operational support, including local underwriting, processing, and closing. Candidates will have access to a wide product mix and marketing support.

Requirements

• Active NMLS license
• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience preferred
• Proven ability to self-source and close residential loans
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of our office located at 6021 Wallace Road Ext., Suite 105, Wexford, PA 15090

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Realtors and referral partners tied to active RMC deals.
• Manage and convert “fallout” opportunities (buyers who may pre-qualify with RMC but decide to purchase elsewhere).
• Leverage access to the division’s database for ongoing opportunity with purchases or refinances.
• Partner with internal teams to capture and convert additional opportunities within RMC transactions.
• Maintain a strong self-sourced pipeline.
• Serve as the primary mortgage contact through warm handoffs from RMC transactions.
• Guide borrowers through the full mortgage process from application to closing.
• Recommend appropriate loan solutions (Conventional, FHA, VA, and more).
• Ensure clean, compliant loan submissions and smooth closings.
