Requirements
- Must be eligible for NMLS Registration.
- At least three years of experience in a financial institution with a strong focus on customer service.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills and the ability to work in a diverse community.
- Passion for providing outstanding service and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Ownership of the customer experience through issue resolution.
- Adaptable to a productive team environment where knowledge is shared, and feedback and coaching are welcomed.
- Effective time management and flexibility to work department hours.
Nice To Haves
- Some college or secondary education is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or mortgage lending is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support Mortgage Loan Originators by guiding members through the mortgage process.
- Keep loan files organized and compliant.
- Handle inquiries.
- Assist with applications.
- Follow up with prospective borrowers to keep things moving smoothly.
- Coordinate with internal teams and members to resolve issues.
- Schedule consultations.
- Ensure a seamless experience from lead to closing.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Deliver exceptional service.
- Help members achieve their homeownership goals.
