Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of current or recent retail mortgage origination experience (Encompass preferred)
- Experience with FHA, VA, and Conventional loans
- Goal-driven and self-motivated
- Proven history of success in the mortgage industry
- Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Registered with NMLS (No state licenses required, as we are a Federally Chartered Credit Union)

Responsibilities
- Build and develop a customer base.
- Generate self-sourced business.
- Provide excellent customer service to company-provided leads.
- Cultivate external Realtor/Business development contacts.
- Present lending knowledge and information in group or event settings.
