About The Position
We are looking for a highly-skilled loan officer to join our top-producing team. This is an in-person position for our office located in York, PA. This role requires a unique mix of sales and customer service skills, along with the ability to understand the mortgage loan process. Effective communication skills are essential for building relationships that help to obtain future business. The successful candidate will be coached and mentored by some of the best in the business. The position involves meeting and connecting with clients on a daily basis to help them qualify for financing the purchase of a home. The role is powered by one of the most robust CRMs in the real estate industry. The loan officer will work closely with prospective clients and then hand off documentation gathering to an assistant for loan processing. Direct access to underwriting is provided to help clients get approved for financing. Candidates MUST have their NMLS license.
