About The Position
Welcome Home Mortgage is seeking a motivated and self-sufficient Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) to join our team. This is a full-time, 100% commission-based role with a flexible schedule and the ability to work remotely. We provide leads during training and require candidates to be licensed in New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Florida. The primary duties involve marketing and sales, building referral contacts, and maintaining a book of business. Spanish language skills are preferred but not required. An NMLS MLO License is mandatory for this position.

- NMLS MLO LICENSE IS REQUIRED
