About The Position

Join our team as a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer and help customers navigate the home financing journey. You'll originate residential mortgage loans, build strong referral networks, recommend tailored lending solutions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the Bank's growth and success. We're flexible as to which of our branch locations this position could work from, such as Heppner, Hermiston, Pendleton, Boardman, Pasco (or others, if space is available).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Combination of education & experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business or closely related field
• 5 years increasingly responsible experience in the mortgage industry
• Knowledge of lending laws, mortgage regulations and procedures
