Traditions Mortgage, a division of ACNB, is entering the Berks County market, with a focus on Wyomissing and Reading, and we’re seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator who wants to build a territory, grow relationships, and own their success. WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH Within your first 6–12 months, you will: Establish a consistent pipeline of referral business in the Berks County market Build relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, and other local influencers Generate and close a steady volume of residential mortgage loans Create visibility for Traditions Mortgage through community involvement and events Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience that drives repeat and referral business

Requirements

2+ years of mortgage origination experience or proven success in a similar lending role
Active (or ability to obtain) NMLS registration
Demonstrated ability to generate business and build referral relationships
Strong understanding of mortgage products and guidelines
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

Responsibilities

Originate residential mortgage loans from application through closing
Prequalify borrowers and recommend the best loan solutions (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, PHFA)
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and past clients
Actively prospect through open houses, seminars, and local networking events
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time closings
Represent Traditions Mortgage in the community and grow brand awareness
