About The Position

Satori Mortgage operates as a brokerage and correspondent lender, offering a wide range of options without corporate bureaucracy. The training program, known as the Satori Inner Circle, is designed by a producing loan officer to provide practical knowledge on origination mechanics, lender options, software, and prospecting systems. New loan officers receive a pod leader for personalized guidance and have access to the entire company for quick support. The role involves working with AI tools, including Gemini and custom GPTs, with specialized training like the Agent AI Masterclass. This position is for self-starters with an existing network, coachable individuals, and those ready to work in a 100% commission-based environment with uncapped earning potential. It is not suitable for those seeking a salary, a provided lead list, or a company that does not invest in its new licensees. Satori Mortgage has over 20 years of experience and uses an assessment process to understand how candidates are wired to win.

Requirements

  • Possess an existing sphere of contacts, such as a past-client base from real estate, a sales network, or deep community relationships.
  • Be a self-starter who can generate their own business.
  • Be genuinely coachable and open to learning new skills and feedback.
  • Be ready to work in a 100% commission-based business with no income caps.
  • Ability to obtain NMLS licensing (or already possess it).

Nice To Haves

  • New to mortgages but not new to sales or building relationships.
  • Passed or studying for the NMLS exam.
  • Experience in real estate, sales, or community relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing network to generate loan opportunities.
  • Learn and utilize Satori Mortgage's systems and software for loan origination.
  • Manage loan files from start to finish.
  • Prospect for new business and build relationships with clients, agents, and builders.
  • Participate in team calls and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with pod leaders and senior team members for guidance and support.
  • Utilize AI tools for enhanced productivity and client engagement.
  • Conduct borrower calls and virtual meetings with agents and builders.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and company offerings.
