About The Position

Houzd Mortgage is actively expanding and seeking licensed Utah Loan Officers who are serious about building a long-term, self-sourced business. We are looking for professionals who want to control their own income, build real relationships, and grow into seven-figure production. Our loan officers have uncapped commission potential, with multiple team members earning over $1M annually. As a Loan Officer at Houzd Mortgage, you are building your own business within our platform. We provide coaching, structure, systems, and accountability — but you must bring the drive.

Requirements

• Currently licensed in Utah
• At least 1 year of mortgage origination experience
• Proven production success as a loan officer
• Understand mortgage sales, processing, underwriting, and closing
• Comfortable building business-to-business relationships
• Communicate confidently via phone, in person, and over Zoom
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Take full accountability for your results
• Want to grow — not coast
• Licensed - Active NMLS
• 2-3 Years of Experience Actively Working on Loans
• Working knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and Non-Agency products
• Strong database management habits

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain at least 10 active business partners
• Generate and manage 50+ new leads per month through proactive prospecting
• Build and consistently nurture a 400+ person database
• Take complete loan applications and guide borrowers through pre-approval
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to clients
• Maintain a strong pipeline that meets and exceeds personal production goals
• Network weekly and stay consistently top-of-mind in your market
