About The Position
The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for developing relationships, originating new and refinanced mortgage loans from Realtors, builders, and existing and potential customers ensuring customers receive personalized, high-quality service. This role requires a strong background in originating secondary market quality mortgage loans or other lending experience.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of mortgage origination and credit
- General knowledge of all areas of mortgage related products
- Experience in originating secondary market quality loans
- Past retail or business lending experience
- Strong human relations skills
- Effective communications skills
- PC and Technology skills
- Analytical skills
