This independent contractor opportunity is designed for experienced producers who want the flexibility to grow their own business while leveraging Access 1 Properties' lending platform, lead opportunities, and operational support.

Requirements

Working knowledge of DSCR, Fix & Flip, Bridge, Rental Property, Construction, and other investment-focused loan products.
Experienced producers.
Ability to work independently.
