Requirements

Work both independently and as part of a team
Be efficient and proactive in completing tasks and problem solving
Be a multi-task master
Articulate complex information in an easy to understand manner
Solid business computer skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Take ‘tasks’ away from Mortgage Loan Officers so they can spend more time selling
Comfortable with making "cold calls" (you're helping to follow up)
1-3 Years professional experience is required (minimum requirement will vary with education)
A NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License is required (or must obtain within six months of hire)

Nice To Haves

Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with Encompass LOS is a plus

Responsibilities

Call prospective leads and schedule to speak with the loan officer
Gather borrower documents for mortgage applications
Prepare packages for loan approval and closing
Verify accuracy of documentation received
Ensure accuracy of data input into systems
Provide remarkable customer service
Set calendar / Schedule appointments
Answer customer questions
Maintain (and/or Obtain) a Mortgage Loan Originator License (not required to have before you start)
