Responsibilities

Provide a warm welcome to Realtors and Clients
Monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closings
Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on changes to market conditions
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending
Set up loan files and pre-qualification, and review borrower income and asset documentation for completeness and accuracy
Communicate with borrowers, processors, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, etc., to expedite the mortgage process
Request and follow up on required documentation from clients
Disclose and submit loans to the Operations Department
Perform basic income calculations, run AUS and set up loan scenarios in Mortgage Coach
Provide extraordinary customer service to both internal and external customers
Meet goals regarding time frames to ensure clients close on time
Work within a database
Plan and set up lunch-ins, meetings, etc.
Market, service, and promote the Company’s loan products
Make outbound calls to past clients to check in and schedule check-up conversations
