About The Position
Mortgage Field Service Inspectors are responsible for determining if a property is occupied or vacant, rating the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor, and documenting these findings using a mobile app. This role involves taking specific photos of the property with a smartphone and answering multiple-choice questions about its condition. This position is ideal for individuals with flexible schedules, such as those already working as Uber drivers, Lyft drivers, or delivery personnel, as it offers income based on area and volume, with the potential to complete several inspections per hour. Rural areas may offer higher average pay per inspection. The faster inspections are completed, the more assignments are provided. This is 1099 contractor work, and no resume is required.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
- Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
- Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
- Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.
