About The Position

Mortgage Field Service Inspectors are responsible for determining if a property is occupied or vacant, rating the property's condition as Good, Fair, or Poor, taking photos of the property using a smartphone, filling out a form on a mobile app, and answering multiple-choice questions about the property's condition. This role is ideal for individuals with flexible schedules, such as Uber drivers, Lyft drivers, Door Dashers, or delivery personnel, as it allows for independent work and income based on area and volume of inspections completed.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must have dependable transportation (good gas mileage is a plus).
• Must have a smartphone (Android or iPhone).
• Must have a printer/scanner (or easy access to both).
• Must have a desktop/laptop or tablet to print forms.

• Good gas mileage for transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities
