The current need includes Orangeburg, Elloree, Bowman, Branchville, Cope, Cordova, Holly Hill, and nearby Orangeburg County areas. The work is simple. You go to a property, take a few photos, note whether it looks occupied or vacant, and submit a short report from your phone. Most visits take about ten to twenty minutes. You are not selling anything, collecting payments, or entering occupied homes. You are paid per completed inspection by direct deposit. This is independent contractor work, and actual pay depends on the type, volume, and location of completed assignments. As a 1099 contractor, you set your own hours and decide how much work you want to take on.
