About The Position
We are looking for a dependable local individual to handle property inspections across the Tupelo area. This role involves driving to addresses, taking photos with a smartphone, noting whether a home appears lived in, and completing a short checklist in a mobile app. Most visits are expected to take between 10 to 20 minutes. The contractor will have the flexibility to pick up orders closest to their location and plan their own routes.
Requirements
- A reliable vehicle and a valid license
- A smartphone with internet
- Comfort driving rural routes and small-town roads
- Dependability to meet deadlines and follow directions
- Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Confirm whether a property is occupied or vacant
- Photograph the property and note its condition
- Submit a quick report through our mobile app
- Follow client instructions, including knock attempts when asked
