About The Position
Jayman BUILT, Alberta’s Builder of the Year 28 times, is currently seeking a Mortgage Broker to join our growing Edmonton team. Jayman Financial has been the in-house mortgage brokerage for the Jayman Group of Companies for over 25 years, with offices in both Edmonton and Calgary. We are a high-volume brokerage that works directly with Jayman BUILT homebuyers, supporting them throughout their home building journey. Our brokers benefit from a steady pipeline of qualified clients, industry-leading support, and the backing of one of Alberta’s most trusted homebuilders.
Requirements
- An active Mortgage Associate licence with RECA or successful completion of the Mortgage Broker Course
- 3+ years of experience in personal lending, banking, or finance (mortgage experience considered an asset)
- Flexibility to work from home, office, and show home locations
- Availability during showhome hours, including weekends (flexible scheduling otherwise)
- A strong customer-first mindset with a positive, competitive, and results-driven attitude
- A desire to be part of your clients’ home-building journey from start to finish

Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with Jayman BUILT homebuyers
- Provide mortgage solutions tailored to each client’s financial needs
- Work closely with Jayman sales teams to support customers from purchase to possession
- Grow both internal lead sources and your own external referral network
- Operate as an independent contractor within a collaborative, fast-paced environment
