This position assists the Mortgage Banker in their effort to increase production volume for the area as directed by the MB. Ensures compliance with SouthState Banks Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other operating procedures. Completes compliance training, adheres to all anti-money laundering guidelines and procedures and all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and PC skills required along with strong written and verbal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with FHA, State Housing Conventional, and FNMA/FMLMC loans is preferred

Responsibilities

• Supports the Mortgage Banker in their effort to increase production volume for the area as directed by the banker
• Other related administrative duties as needed and/or assigned
• Accepts and performs other duties as determined to be essential
