This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The position involves completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, including maintaining store recovery standards to meet Brand Promises. Additionally, team members will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Responsibilities include participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, executing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is required, along with interacting positively and respectfully with others, promoting the organization's vision and values, and serving as a role model. Team members may also be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production. Other duties as assigned.
