About The Position

Blue Flame Management is seeking dedicated Servers for the Hilton Garden Inn-Home2 Suites North location. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, presenting menus, taking and relaying orders, preparing drinks, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The position may also include duties of a Breakfast Attendant and requires verifying guest identification for age compliance. Responsibilities

• Interact verbally with all guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Present the menus.
• Take and relay orders to the service bar and kitchen.
• Mix drinks according to hotel standards.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests.
• Observe guests and respond to any additional requests.
• Serve as a Breakfast Attendant (may be required).
• Check guest's identification to make sure they meet age requirements.
