This is a stocking position. The role involves delivering friendly customer service, helping customers shop the store and find what they're looking for, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading and merchandise tasks throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards, assisting customers with product location and solutions, executing cash handling to standards, engaging customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The position also requires participation in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, merchandise recovery and maintenance, Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is essential, as is interacting with others respectfully and positively, promoting the organization's vision and values, and serving as a role model. Team members will also be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production. Other duties may be assigned.
