About The Position
PACE Restaurants, LLC., a locally owned and operated McDonald’s organization, is hiring dependable and motivated Morning Prep Team Members for our Savannah-area restaurants. If you’re an early riser who enjoys staying busy, working with your hands, and taking pride in keeping things clean, stocked, and organized, this could be a great fit for you. Our Morning Prep Team is an important part of our restaurant’s success. You help set the restaurant and the rest of the team up for a great day. No restaurant experience is required — we’ll provide the training you need to succeed!

Responsibilities
- Preparing ingredients and products needed for daily restaurant operations
- Stocking and organizing food, paper products, condiments, and supplies
- Preparing produce, breakfast items, and other products according to restaurant procedures
- Rotating products and following proper FIFO procedures
- Checking product dates and helping maintain proper inventory rotation
- Cleaning and sanitizing prep areas, equipment, and work surfaces
- Washing dishes, utensils, trays, and restaurant equipment
- Maintaining clean and organized storage, walk-in, freezer, and stock areas
- Preparing sauces, condiments, and other items needed for restaurant operations
- Following all McDonald’s food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Assisting the restaurant team as needed to ensure we are ready to serve our customers
