About The Position

Jovie is an independently owned, community and purpose-driven organization that provides caregivers with training, resources, and support to develop their childcare skills and confidence on the job. Jovie families need your joy, your sense of fun, and your childcare know-how. Jovie has helped thousands of parents find childcare with full or part-time nannies and sitters and emergency back-up care. A loving University City family is seeking a reliable, long-term part-time nanny to care for their 7-month-old starting in September 2026. The ideal caregiver is proactive, experienced with infants, and passionate about fostering early childhood development through active talking and mental stimulation. The family seeks a minimum one-year commitment with a steady schedule from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Some days care may include looking after the family's 4-year-old as well.

Requirements

Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
Must be willing to transport children as part of duties.
Subject to a mandatory background check.
Experienced with infants.
