About The Position
The Little Gym of Rogers is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and dependable instructor to lead morning gymnastics classes for toddlers and preschoolers. This role is ideal for individuals who love working with young children, enjoy being active, and possess a positive attitude. Comprehensive training is provided, so prior gymnastics coaching experience is not required. The focus is on a passion for teaching, encouraging children, and creating memorable experiences for families.

- Enthusiastic and energetic

- Comfortable speaking in front of groups
- Willing to be silly, sing, dance, and have fun
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stay physically active throughout the shift
- Available to work weekday mornings

Responsibilities
- Teach parent/child classes for children ages 4 months to 3 years.
- Teach preschool gymnastics classes for children ages 3–6 years.
- Lead fun, high-energy, age-appropriate classes using The Little Gym curriculum.
- Build confidence, coordination, and social skills through movement and play.
- Create a welcoming, encouraging environment for children and their families.
- Celebrate each child's successes and help them reach new milestones.
- Communicate with parents before and after class.
- Assist with light cleaning and gym setup to maintain a safe, organized facility.
