Responsibilities
- Prep and cook food according to the daily menu and customer orders.
- Clean the prep and cooking area in compliance with Health Department regulations.
- Assist in stocking condiments for cooking and performing inventory counts.
- Assist with daily deliveries of prepared food and/or condiments.
- Maintain and filter grease fryers.
- Pull cases of food from the freezer for the next day's cooking.
- Perform general floor sweeping and mopping.
- Remove and replace grease or oil from drip pans daily as needed.
- Clean the deli case to meet Health Department regulations.
- Bag and code food for purchase.
