About The Position

Crumbl is hiring dependable, motivated team members for its morning baking crew. The role involves preparing the day's cookies, welcoming early guests, and getting the store ready for a successful day. Professional baking experience is not required; training will be provided.

The position focuses on shifts from approximately 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Applicants must be consistently available for Friday and Saturday shifts and have dependable, year-round availability. Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Pay is $20–$22 per hour, including tips, with team members averaging approximately $21 per hour.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation for the 6:00 AM start. This is an active role involving extended periods of standing and lifting up to 25 pounds. Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Mix dough and prepare the rotating weekly cookie flavors.
• Bake, decorate, and package cookies with attention to detail.
• Prepare ingredients, equipment, and workstations for the day.
• Welcome guests and help them explore the weekly menu.
• Take orders and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace.
• Restock supplies and help keep daily production on schedule.
• Work with teammates to start the day strong.
