About The Position

We’re looking for motivated, dependable, hands-on go-getters to join our Morning Prep Team — the squad behind the cookie magic! If you love working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy creating delicious treats, and take pride in quality, we want YOU! We are hiring for Morning Shifts: 8AM - 2PM and 11AM - 5PM shifts.

Requirements

• 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable & on time
• Able to work independently and stay focused
• Positive, coachable, and team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

• Experience is a bonus, but not required — we’ll train you!

Responsibilities

• Mix and prep 12–14 batches of our iconic cookie dough each shift
• Make frostings, toppings, and fillings to perfection
• Use professional bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, etc.)
• Frost, top, and decorate cookies the Crumbl way
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Help customers when needed — with a smile
• Crush prep goals and maintain consistent quality
