About The Position

A Montessori Toddler Classrooms serves children 16 months of age to 36 months of age. The assistant teacher/aide is responsible for supporting the learning of each child with which you work under the direction of the lead teacher. Additionally, you will be helping children through transitions, maintaining supplies for the classroom, and working as a team member across classrooms. The person in this role should see children as people equally deserving of respect, have compassion for families and be willing to problem solve with, as well as be willing to support and care for your fellow staff.
