About The Position
A Little Journey Montessori is looking for passionate, full-time teachers to join our classrooms — infant (Nido) and toddler (Pre-Primary). Whether you’re an experienced Montessori guide or a talented early childhood educator ready to grow into the method, we want to hear from you. This is more than a teaching job. The opportunities for our team — we’re actively looking to develop teachers into lead roles, mentor positions, and future leadership within the school. Requirements
- Experience working with young children (infant and toddler) preferred.
- Montessori certification is a plus, but not required.
- A nurturing, patient, and observant approach to teaching.
- Reliability and a genuine love for early childhood education.
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptive to the environment.
Responsibilities
- Teach in a warm, prepared Montessori environment for children ranging from 6 weeks through 3 for our infant and toddler classrooms.
- Foster independence, curiosity, and a love of learning in every child.
- Partner with families and fellow teachers to support each child’s development.
- Help shape the culture and future of our school.
