About The Position

As a Monitor, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills as a detailed-oriented multitasker, ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities. You will assist with day-to-day tasks and oversee a team of cashiers, assisting with their needs. You will also handle guest complaints and provide great customer service.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1 year of supervisory experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Physical ability to lift heavy items (50 lbs).

Responsibilities

Reviewing and processing license plate images captured by a License Plate Recognition/Inventory system.
Responding to entry and exit alarms.
Maintaining close communications with management or other company personnel, using phone or two-way radios.
Responding to customer requests, questions, and complaints.
Opening and closing entry and exit lanes as assigned.
Assisting cashiers with customer fees when conventional processing fails.
Ordering and maintaining a supply of necessary materials and equipment.
Training and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service, including assisting with parking, handling customer issues, and maintaining a clean and safe facility.
Ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
Regularly updating upper management on operational challenges.
Fostering clear and open communication within the team and with other departments.
Providing training to workers on safety regulations, equipment usage, and job duties.
Promoting teamwork, inclusion, and respect among all staff.
