About The Position

The Tele Patient Monitoring Tech is responsible for Monitoring for patients requiring continuous observation. Observe and report high risk behaviors that may interrupt medically necessary therapies as well as patient safety and/or perceived changes in the patient’s condition to appropriate health care team members. Responsible for documenting the observed behaviors and need for redirection. Focus on promoting positive patient experience by partnering with the patient’s family, and other care providers to provide an excellent patient experience. Will perform under stressful conditions with compassion, respect to ensure patient privacy and dignity as appropriate.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Completion of a Monitor Tech program
• 1 year Monitor Tech experience
