About The Position

Performs receptionist and clerical duties and monitors telemetry on assigned patient care units. Observes and evaluates cardiac arrhythmias and responds appropriately. Greets patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. The role may include other major or minor duties not listed, and specific functions may change from time to time.

Requirements

• Previous healthcare or clerical experience is preferred.
• High school graduation or equivalent is preferred.
• No certifications or licensure are required.
• Knowledge of interpreting rhythm strips and associated documentation.
• Ability to escalate information in a timely manner and communicate information appropriately.
• Knowledge and proper use of equipment necessary for the role.
