About The Position
Promptly and accurately identifies, documents and communicates information on cardiac rhythm status of patients being monitored to the registered nurse and the physician. Appropriately demonstrates sense of urgency. Assists with maintaining the medical record of patients.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- BLS required.
- Computer literacy.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in healthcare.
- Previous experience with cardiac monitoring, interpretation of cardiac rhythms, or telemetry monitoring.
- EKG certification within 90 days of hire/transfer.
