About The Position
Seeking a Monitor Tech for Baptist Health Floyd's Central Monitoring Unit. This is a full-time position (36 hours weekly) with night shifts (7pm-7am). The Monitor Tech assists nurses in patient care by providing continuous observation of cardiac monitors. Responsibilities include recognizing and documenting cardiac arrhythmias and promptly reporting them to the appropriate nurse and telemetry equipment manager.
Requirements
- Successful completion of hospital dysrhythmia course upon hire.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
