About The Position
Springhill Medical Center is seeking a detail-oriented Monitor Technician to join our Unit 3200 Telemetry team. This role is responsible for monitoring cardiac rhythms, identifying changes, and promptly communicating with clinical staff to support patient safety and quality care. We are looking for a dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Validation of a high school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to complete a Monitor Tech Course
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates the ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions independently
- Must be a good multi-tasker
Nice To Haves
- Monitor Tech Experience preferred
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology is preferred
