About The Position
The Monitor Technician will be responsible for continuous observation of the telemetry unit, accurate assessment and interpretation of cardiac rhythms and/or arrhythmias, complete evaluation and mounting of rhythm strips, and communication of any rhythm change information to nursing staff.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment
Nice To Haves
- Fundamental knowledge of arrhythmia interpretation and monitoring function is preferred
