- Minimum 7 years of work experience with Master proficiency in MongoDB

Responsibilities
- Defining the data requirements and structure for the application.
- Modeling and designing the application data structure, storage, and integration to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.
- Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively, and taking responsibility for team decisions.
- Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data architecture documentation to support project goals and stakeholder understanding.
- Collaborate closely with development and quality assurance teams to ensure data models align with application requirements and performance standards.
- Analyze complex data challenges and propose innovative solutions that enhance data integration and accessibility.
- Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate emerging data technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system efficiency and scalability.
