About The Position
My Gym is a fun, positive, and happy environment where employees are encouraged to be themselves. We are looking for high-energy individuals who love to play, be silly, and have a genuine love for young children. The role involves coaching Mommy and Me classes and hosting children's parties. Reliability, communication, and a willingness to clean are essential. A background in dance, sports, theatre, or fitness is a plus.
Requirements
- Genuine love for young children – from babies to upper elementary ages
- Ability to work 25+ hours per week, including some weekends
- Commitment to train hard and take direction well/easily
- Stage presence – comfort with performing
- Willingness to clean
- Effective leadership and motivational skills
- 1 year of childcare experience
- Ability to work in person
Nice To Haves
- Background in dance, sports, theatre, or fitness
