About The Position

Responsibilities

Provide end-user support for functional issues within Momentum Financials and associated financial processes
Intake, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user inquiries, incidents, and system issues
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams and track them through resolution
Create and maintain functional specification documentation and support application testing activities
Support financial reporting, accounting, and system-related process improvement efforts
