The Molecular Oncology Specialist’s (MOS) primary responsibilities are to develop and successfully execute sales strategies to ensure achievement of revenue goals for oncology services by focusing on strategic selling opportunities of Agendia franchise products (i.e. MammaPrint, BluePrint, etc.) within the assigned territory of: Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Gainesville, Daytona. The MOS identifies, targets, educates, and manages accounts including hospitals, pathology groups, oncologists, and surgeons. They analyze the designated territory to understand prescribing and purchasing decision processes, drive new oncology business, maintain customer relationships, and exceed sales targets. The role involves participating in organizing and facilitating meetings for medical and product information exchange, representing the company at trade shows, and attending company meetings and training programs. The MOS must recognize changes in the work environment, develop and implement alternate plans, and modify call/business plans accordingly. They identify key physicians, healthcare providers, and organizations, focusing targeted sales activity on high-end revenue and volume opportunities, and on Community Based Oncology and Surgery practices. The position supports the company sales strategy, fosters a team environment, and presents a positive and professional image of Agendia, ensuring activities align with ethical marketing policies. The MOS travels independently throughout the defined territory, develops and maintains relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and provides ongoing communication to the Regional Sales Director. They maintain a database of customers and targets in SFDC (Salesforce), present at quarterly sales meetings, and work closely with marketing on regional market trends, competitive threats, and new testing opportunities. The role requires adherence to all Agendia, Inc.’s health and safety policies and procedures, and all Company business must be conducted in accordance with applicable regulations (e.g., EEO, FDA, DEA, OSHA, PDMA, EPA, etc.) and Company policy. High ethical and professional standards are expected. The MOS must reside in the assigned territory and provide consistent, timely, and complete administrative duties, including expense reports, call reports, and communications. While an MOS can provide test report orientation guidance at the clinician's request, they must avoid making specific patient management or treatment recommendations.
