About The Position
Sequlite Genomics is a growing life sciences company developing an NGS platform to enable sequencing for everyone. This Bay Area subsidiary of Fapon Biotech is in the SF East Bay/Tri-Valley area. We are looking for several full-time molecular biology RA/Scientists to join the product development team. These positions will work with a multi-disciplinary team of scientists and engineers to solve challenging chemistry, molecular biology, and engineering problems.
Requirements
- B.S./M.S./Ph.D. degree or equivalent experience in molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, bioengineering, or a closely related field.
- Solid wet-lab skills, and a firm understanding of molecular biology techniques, including PCR, qPCR, DNA extraction, purification, ligation, and sequencing.
- Highly motivated individual with great work ethics.
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Someone who keeps current on new scientific knowledge and discoveries in order to identify opportunities in the biotechnology field
- Product development experience
Responsibilities
