Molding Technician - Day Shift (6:00am to 6:00pm)

About The Position
US Conec is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Molding Technician to join our day shift team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you’ll support injection molding operations by setting up machines, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized production floor. You’ll work closely with the Shift Lead to execute daily tasks and contribute to a safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Less than high school education, or up to one month of related experience/training, or equivalent combination
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Willingness to work collaboratively and take direction
Responsibilities
- Operate hydraulic lift and scissor lift table to move molds into injection molding machines
- Set molds into machines using specialized equipment and controlled procedures
- Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out protocols as applicable
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Molding Floor through sweeping, mopping, and regular machine wipe-downs
- Stock and organize molding cabinets and carts
- Assist with additional molding floor and machine duties as directed by the Shift Lead
