About The Position

Responsible for the initial start-up and processing of molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment. Participates in the set-up and sampling of new, transferred, and modified molds, and debugs molds and processes and takes corrective action as necessary. Works with tooling and maintenance personnel, as well as engineering, plant personnel, customers, and vendors, on technical processing matters. The role also includes identifying equipment maintenance needs, completing required paperwork, following Mack Molding's ISO policies and procedures and safety rules, and maintaining housekeeping standards. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of commodity and engineering-grade resins and their properties.
• Ability to debug molds and processes and take corrective action as necessary.
• Ability to use and understand Mack Molding's ISO policies and procedures.

• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain Mack's housekeeping standards in all areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
