About The Position

This position is responsible for the initial start-up and processing of all molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment. The technician will participate in the set-up and sampling of new, transferred, and modified molds, and will be expected to debug and take corrective action on molds and processes as necessary. This role involves working with tooling, maintenance, engineering, plant personnel, customers, and vendors in all areas of technical processing. A thorough knowledge of commodity and engineering grade resins and their properties is required. The technician must notify appropriate personnel of maintenance needs for equipment, complete and maintain all required paperwork, and understand and adhere to Mack Molding's ISO policies and procedures. Safety rules and regulations, as well as Mack's standard of housekeeping, must be followed. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor may be required.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic verbal, written and math skills
Must maintain a Mack-Issued Forklift License
Thorough knowledge of commodity and engineering grade resins and their properties
