Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Plastics Engineering Technology
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, verbal, presentations and written
• Must be able to work and act in a professional manner with all levels of team members in the organization
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration.
• Problem solving mindset with ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment.
• Must have the ability to lift more than 20 pounds, stand and walk for long periods of time
• The position includes reaching above and below shoulder height, kneeling, bending, and repetitive movements such as gripping, grasping, pushing and pulling
• This position is open to applicants legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• The Molding Intern will work and train with multiple departments in the facility to get an end-to-end view of our facility, our business, and our manufacturing and molding processes.
• The intern will train and work with the Molding and Engineering Teams on assigned projects. This will be driven by OEE and other internal cost structures.
• This position will be required to work on cross functional teams.
