Requirements
- A personal commitment to produce the highest quality product is essential.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic math knowledge (multiply, subtract, divide, etc).
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Only nonsmokers are permitted to enter or work in the cleanroom.
Nice To Haves
- Injection Molding skills are trained by Meissner. No other training is required.
Responsibilities
- Running, trimming, bagging, boxing, counting, and storing molded parts to ensure the quality of parts produced.
- Working closely with team members to ensure production goals are met while maintaining safety standards and meeting quality control specifications.
- Monitoring molded parts while machines are running.
- Adjusting the injection molding process as necessary to produce quality parts.
- Measuring and inspecting molded parts for visual and dimensional issues to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Trimming excess material from molded parts.
- Properly counting, bagging, and packing product to prevent contamination or distortion.
