Contribute to the communities where we reside. We have an exciting position open: Molding Packer I, this position will report to the Production Supervisor. This position is responsible for product safety and quality and ordering and delivering component parts to work-stations and filling machine hoppers, as well as moving cartons of assembled pumps to the Warehouse.

Requirements

  • High School graduate
  • Demonstrate ability to do basic math and be able to understand the Molding Schedule and perform all aspects of their job with limited supervision.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills
  • To perform their duties in a safe and productive environment and to cooperate and help other members of the APTAR team meet company goals.
  • Sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, twisting, climbing, bending, reaching, grasping, performing repetitive movements, working indoors, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • 6 – 12 months in this role to qualify for a level II role
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate and understand relevant information relating to quality and production issues.
  • Possess basic math, calculator & PC skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manual packing of products according to pack out procedures.
  • Perform quality inspection on all products.
  • Label and declare production (scanning).
  • Maintain good housekeeping as assigned.
  • May be required to perform other job duties at the discretion of the management.
  • Follow safety regulations as directed.
